The method comprises the following steps: constructing an urban ecological network according to species survey point data, remote sensing image data, water area wetland survey data and building height data; according to the importance index value corresponding to each source node in the urban ecological network, performing iterative removal on each source node according to a preset proportion, and determining toughness index values corresponding to the urban ecological network under different removal proportions; and determining an survivability threshold value corresponding to the urban ecological network according to the toughness index value. According to the invention, selection attack is carried out on each source-ground node according to the importance index value of each source-ground node in the urban ecological network and the preset proportion, and the toughness index values and the survivability thresholds corresponding to the urban ecological network under different removal proportions are determined, so that key source-ground nodes in the urban ecological network can be identified; the method is of great significance in maintaining ecological system stability and urban ecological safety.
