The method comprises the following steps that 1, ethylene glycol is added into a three-neck flask and continuously stirred and heated by means of a magnetic stirrer, and a condensation return pipe is arranged to enable the volatilized ethylene glycol to flow back into the three-neck flask; 2, ethylene glycol and polyvinylpyrrolidone are added into a first beaker and uniformly stirred by means of the magnetic stirrer to be marked as a first reaction solution; 3, ethylene glycol, silver nitrate and ferric chloride are added into a second beaker and uniformly stirred by means of the magnetic stirrer to be marked as a second reaction solution; 4, after the first reaction solution and the second reaction solution are uniformly mixed, a mixture is dropwise added into the three-neck flask, and continuously heated for preset time; and 5, after a product in the three-neck flask is cooled to a room temperature, the product is poured into a centrifugal tube, and the product is centrifugally cleaned by using deionized water to obtain the conical silver nanoprobe.
