The method comprises the following steps of: determining a compensation coefficient of the cold-rolled strip steel according to an actual bandwidth, a rolling maximum bandwidth and position coordinates xi determined by a shape measuring instrument; determining a coiling tension compensation coefficient at each position coordinate xi according to the compensation coefficient, a set total coiling tension and a maximum designed total coiling tension, compensating the set total coiling tension of the cold-rolled strip steel, and obtaining a coiling tension compensation value corresponding to each position coordinate xi; determining a coiling weight compensation coefficient according to the compensation coefficient at each position coordinate xi and the diameter of the steel coil, and compensating the coiling weight on a mandrel of a coiling machine, and obtaining a coiling weight compensation value corresponding to each position coordinate xi; and generating a shape measurement curve of the cold-rolled strip steel according to the coiling tension compensation value corresponding to each position coordinate xi and the coiling weight compensation value corresponding to each position coordinate xi.
