The fixing device is provided with a gas inlet channel for gas outside the cavity to be input into the cavity and a gas outlet channel for gas inside the cavity to be output from the cavity, the gas inlet channel is communicated with a gas supply device, and the gas supply device is used for providing gas for the chamber.
