An oil-based ink composition for writing utensils according to the present invention is characterized by containing at least an aluminum pigment, a coloring agent, a resin, an organic solvent and a polydimethyl siloxane, and is also characterized in that: the polydimethyl siloxane has a polyether-modified group at both ends; and the sum of hydroxyl groups of the polyether-modified groups is 3 or more.
