Abstract

The invention discloses a water jet rust removal device, and belongs to the technical field of cavitation water jet. The device comprises a water inlet system, a rust removal system and a water recovery system. The invention further discloses a novel manual submerged cavitation jet nozzle. The nozzle can be directly used in the atmospheric environment. A nozzle body comprises an inner nozzle and an outer nozzle, and the inner nozzle is fixed in the outer nozzle through a key and coincides with the outer nozzle in axis. After high-pressure water flows into the nozzle after the device is connected, a large part of water is compressed by the inner nozzle to generate high-speed jet, a small part of water flows in from a space between the outer side of the inner nozzle and the inner side of the outer nozzle to generate a low-speed jet water ring, finally the two jets are converged at an outlet, a strong shearing effect is formed between the high-speed jet and the low-speed jet water ring, and the cavitation jet is generated. Local high temperature, high pressure and shock waves are generated through instant vanishing of cavitation bubbles, and therefore the rust removal purpose is achieved. The device is high in rust removal quality, environment-friendly and free of damage to a base body.
