Abstract

The invention discloses a uniform circular array two-dimensional coherent signal demodulation method and system based on compressed sensing and a genetic algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: receiving data by a uniform circular array to obtain a direction-of-arrival estimation model of compressed sensing under Ux-Uy coordinates; utilizing an SVD decomposition method to decompose the array receiving data matrix to realize dimension reduction processing of the data; using a sensing matrix constructed under the Ux-Uy coordinate system for carrying out an orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm (OMP) to calculate an approximate angle of the target; and finally, further enabling the estimated target angle to be subjected to spectral peak search through a genetic algorithm by using an improved spectral peak search formula adapted to all conditions, accurately calculating the azimuth angle of the target, and obtaining the horizontal angle and pitch angle information of the target. According to the method, the uniform circular array demodulation two-dimensional coherent signal is realized by combining compressed sensing and a genetic algorithm, the problem of insufficient DOA estimation precision of uniform circular array compressed sensing is solved, and high-precision uniform circular array two-dimensional coherent signal demodulation can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of array signal processing, specifically relates to the field of LFMCW array radar angle of arrival estimation, in particular to a uniform circular array demodulation two-dimensional coherent signal method (CS-DOA-GA) and system based on compressed sensing and genetic algorithm. Background technique [0002] DOA estimation algorithms such as the MUSIC algorithm often require that the information sources are irrelevant, but in the actual environment, due to multipath propagation and electromagnetic interference, there may be coherence between the information sources, which will lead to high-resolution Spectrum estimation methods such as MUSIC algorithm, ESPRIT algorithm, etc. have poor direction finding performance in the signal environment of coherent sources because of the decrease in the rank of the covariance matrix of the array received signal, and even direction finding errors. At present, common decoherence meth...
