Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the platinum (IV)-based monatomic nano-enzyme medicine prepared by the invention has both catalase-like and peroxidase-like activities, can relieve hypoxia of tumors to a great extent, consumes over-expressed glutathione in the tumors, and can promote generation of free radicals in tumor cells, reduce toxic and side effects and improve the radiotherapy treatment effect.
