Problems solved by technology

However, due to the large amount of soft tissue in the head and neck of the human body and the complex anatomy, there is a certain deviation between the imaging examination and the actual lesion location, which may lead to inaccurate preoperative subjective positioning, high risk of intraoperative bleeding, and adverse consequences of obvious postoperative reactions.
In addition, when intercepting autologous target bone, the method of measuring with a ruler is usually used for comparison and interception. The difference in accuracy during the doctor's operation may lead to large errors. The bone graft and the maxillofacial defect cannot be matched accurately

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0042] During traditional maxillofacial surgery, CT is used to locate the lesion before surgery. After anesthesia, it is confirmed that the surgical incision starts from the center of the lower lip, goes straight down to the submental, and continues to bypass the mandible backward along the 2 cm below the lower edge of the mandible. The 2 corners go straight to the tip of the mastoid, and the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and platysma muscle are incised until the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a maxillofacial surgery auxiliary system and a method based on an MR head-mounted device. The system comprises the MR head-mounted device and a surgical robot. The surgical robot is used for performing maxillofacial modeling for a patient based on maxillofacial scanning data of the patient to obtain a three-dimensional model for an affected part, conducting planning to obtain a surgical plan according to the three-dimensional model, and matching with a positioning device on the maxillofacial region of the patient to complete the maxillofacial surgery. The MR head-mounted device is used for receiving the three-dimensional model for the affected part transmitted by the surgical robot, acquiring field images, and overlaying the three-dimensional model on a corresponding position of the affected part on the field image so as to monitor the maxillofacial surgery process. The maxillofacial surgery auxiliary system of the present invention can be used for accurately assisting in completing the maxillofacial surgery and reducing pain of patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an MR head-mounted equipment-based maxillofacial surgery assisting system and method. Background technique [0002] At present, the surgical method of autologous bone transplantation for restoring mandibular defects and functions has been widely used in oral and maxillofacial surgery, that is, the patient's own target bone is intercepted for mandibular repair. The diff...
