Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for managing board card assets and configuration information, the system comprises an RFID storage module, an electronic tag matched with the RFID storage module, a CPLD, a host and a burning device, the RFID storage module is arranged on a board card, the CPLD is in communication connection with the RFID storage module through an RS232 interface, the CPLD is also in communication connection with the host, and the burning device is in communication connection with the RFID storage module. The method comprises the steps of determining asset information of a current board card according to a board card type; generating a burning file according to the configuration information of the current board card; carrying out initial burning on the RFID storage module by utilizing burning equipment according to the asset information and the burning file; determining an electronic tag matched with the RFID storage module; reading the RFID storage module by using a CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device), and obtaining asset information and configuration information of the current board card; uploading the asset information and the configuration information to a host; and enabling the host to configure the current board card according to the asset information and the configuration information. According to the invention, the burning efficiency and the board card management efficiency can be effectively improved.
