The disinfection robot comprises an automatic navigation system, a servo and control system and a man-machine interaction system, wherein the automatic navigation system comprises a visual inertia unit and an industrial personal computer, and the industrial personal computer collects video image data and inertia data so as to carry out automatic navigation on the disinfection robot according to positioning information; the servo and control system comprises a microcontroller, an ultrasonic atomization virus killing module and a motor driver, wherein the microcontroller receives a motion control instruction and controls the motor driver according to the motion control instruction so as to control the disinfection robot to move, and the ultrasonic atomization virus killing module is used for air disinfection; and the man-machine interaction system is used for acquiring a user interaction instruction and sending the user interaction instruction to the industrial personal computer so as to conveniently control the the disinfection robot by the industrial personal computer.
