The dynamic tilt angle sensor is used for collecting real-time shaking longitudinal and transverse tilt angles of a ship body, a closed-loop control system is adopted to control two stepping motor electric push rods to move in a coordinated mode and push (or pull) a variable-length swing rod assembly to swing in real time in the direction opposite to the shaking longitudinal and transverse tilt angles of the ship body, a seat swings to a calculated horizontal state, and it is guaranteed that a driver and passengers do not shake basically; and a driver and passengers are effectively prevented from seasickness or fatigue.
