Abstract

The invention discloses a process and forming equipment for manufacturing recycled aggregate from waste powder slag, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The process comprises the following steps of (1) materials taking, specifically, 380-385 kg of 42.5 cement, 800-805 kg of waste powder materials, 1,018-1,025 kg of waste rock ballast and 40-45 kg of water are selected for each cubic meter of recycled aggregate; (2) stirring, specifically, the materials obtained in the step (1) are put into stirring equipment, and the materials are stirred into a bulk mixed material through the stirring equipment; (3) molding, specifically, the bulk mixed material obtained in the step (2) is put into molding equipment, and the bulk mixed material is pressed into the recycled aggregate through the molding equipment; and (4) curing, specifically, the recycled aggregate prepared in the step (3) is taken out and stored, and curing is carried out for 28 days according to a curing scheme of a cement product.
