A parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring the target opening degree of a blead door, the temperature of an air outlet, the air temperature of an evaporator and the water temperature of a condenser; a control module is used for acquiring the reverse air outlet temperature and the forward air outlet temperature when the blead door rotates to the target opening degree of the blead door in the opening degree decreasing direction, and the target opening degree of the blead door is output when the system judges that the temperature difference value of the reverse air outlet temperature and the forward air outlet temperature is smaller than or equal to a set threshold value; and when the system judges that the temperature difference value of the reverse air outlet temperature and the forward air outlet temperature is larger than the set threshold value, the sum of the target opening degree and the compensation opening degree of the blead door is output. The invention further discloses a control method of the control system, and when the temperature difference value of the reverse air outlet temperature and the forward air outlet temperature is larger than the set threshold value, the sum of the target opening degree and the compensation opening degree of the blead door is output.
