The corresponding expansion rate of the battery is determined according to the internal resistance growth rate and the first pressure difference, possible expansion of the battery can be found in the monitoring process of the battery, and then the expansion rate of the battery is determined according to the two corresponding expansion rates and serves as an actual value of the expansion rate of the battery. By adopting the method for respectively determining the corresponding expansion rate by adopting the internal resistance growth rate and the first pressure difference, the possibility of battery expansion rate detection errors caused by adopting single data for estimation can be reduced, and the effectiveness of battery expansion rate detection is improved.
