The high-isolation MIMO antennacomprises a dielectric substrate, wherein the top surface of the dielectric substrate is symmetrically provided with a first rectangular radiation patch and a second rectangular radiation patch along a longitudinal center line, a first feed microstrip line and a second feed microstrip line are respectively fixed along one longitudinal end of the first radiation patch and one longitudinal end of the second radiation patch, a first inverted-L-shaped parasitic microstrip line branch knot and a second inverted-L-shaped parasitic microstrip line branch knot are respectively arranged on the side edges, close to each other, of the first feed microstrip line and the second feed microstrip line, the gap between the first radiation patch and the second radiation patch is provided with a cuboid-shaped decoupling dielectric wall, and two side surfaces of the cuboid-shaped decoupling dielectric wall are provided with strip-shaped metal bands.
