Abstract

The resin grinding wheel comprises a connecting shaft used for being installed at the tail end of a manipulator and a driving source used for driving the grinding wheel. And a replacement mechanism for mounting a grinding wheel module is fixedly mounted at one end of the connecting shaft. The manipulator is fully utilized, the operation structure of the grinding wheel is installed on the manipulator, two manipulators of a robot are learned, one manipulator is used for fixing the replacement mechanism of the grinding wheel, the other manipulator is used for cutting, and when the grinding wheel needs to be replaced, the manipulator of the replacement mechanism achieves replacement of the other cutting manipulator.
