Abstract

The invention discloses application of a biomarker of intestinal flora in preparation of a product for diagnosing adult immune thrombocytopenia. According to the application, shotgun-method metagenome sequencing is carried out on an adult immune thrombocytopenia patient, and florae with abundance difference from that of a normal person are found in an intestinal tract of the immune thrombocytopenia patient for the first time. Through further screening and analyzing the differential florae, it is found that the differential florae have higher sensitivity and specificity when being used for diagnosing diseases, and it is prompted that the early discovery and auxiliary diagnosis of the adult immune thrombocytopenia can be realized by detecting the relative abundance of the florae.
