The device comprises a vibration table, a conversion plate, a liquid storage cavity and a grating plate, the bottom of the liquid storage cavity is connected with the vibration table through the conversion plate, the liquid storage cavity is used for containing a non-Newtonian fluid injected in the machining process, and the grating plate is matched with the honeycomb material and the liquid storage cavity and is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage cavity. On one hand, the grating plate is used for supporting and positioning the honeycomb material, on the other hand, the grating plate is matched with the honeycomb material to form a relative movement trend, vibration energy is transmitted to the non-Newtonian fluid in the liquid storage cavity, and the honeycomb material is fixed after the non-Newtonian fluid is subjected to shear phase change.
