The overhead working truck serves as an auxiliary power source of the ship surface rust removal device so as to control the rust removal device to move forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards on a ship surface. One end of the rust removal mechanism (3) is exposed at the bottom of the rust removal device carrying body (2), is in contact with the working surface of the ship surface and is used for removing rust on the ship surface.
