The device mainly comprises a safety cover, an iron wire, a metal baffle, a metal interlayer, a metal rotating cylinder internally provided with fan blades, a plastic shell, a deep groove ball bearing, a manual eccentric wheel, a liquid conveying pipe, a liquid storage tank, a rotating disc, a hexagon bolt, an electric fan, a grounding wire, a lithium battery, a miniature high-voltage electrostatic generator, a spring and an inching type switch. Solution centrifugation electrospinning is completed by utilizing three main components, namely the electric fan, the miniature high-voltage electrostatic generator and the metal rotating cylinder, and a solvent in a spinnable solution is volatilized into air as little as possible before jet flow is generated by arranging structures such as an interlayer, so that the design requirements of miniaturization, light weight and portability of equipment are met; the dripping speed of the spinnable solution can be adjusted through the manual eccentric wheel; the whole equipment is high in loading and unloading performance, so that cleaning and replacement of materials and device parts are facilitated; and a user can more visually feel the whole principle and process of solution centrifugation electrostatic spinning.
