Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, at present, there are few studies on the treatment of ship flue gas desulfurization wastewater. The wastewater is only discharged or reused after simple cyclone separation or oxidation treatment, which has the disadvantages of complex device structure, low filter life, and poor stability of treatment effect. And the treated water is difficult to meet the above standards

Abstract

The invention discloses a ship wastewater treatment system, which is used for treating desulfurization wastewater generated by a ship desulfurization system and comprises a feeding unit, a filtering unit and a separating unit. The feeding unit comprises a waste water pipeline used for receiving desulfurization waste water. The filtering unit is communicated with the feeding unit so as to receive the desulfurization wastewater, the filtering unit comprises a ceramic membrane filter used for separating the desulfurization wastewater into filtrate and concentrated solution, and the filtering unit further comprises a filtrate discharging pipeline communicated with the ceramic membrane filter so as to discharge the filtrate; and the separating unit is communicated with the filtering unit to receive the concentrated solution, the separating unit comprises a flocculation device and a separating device, the flocculation device is used for flocculating the concentrated solution to form a flocculated solution containing solids, and the separating device is used for separating the flocculated solution to form sludge and a separated solution. The ship wastewater treatment system disclosed by the invention is easy to maintain, stable in effect and capable of meeting the emission standard; the desulfurization wastewater is firstly filtered and then flocculated, so that the ceramic membrane filter can be protected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of marine diesel engine tail gas treatment, in particular to a marine wastewater treatment system. Background technique [0002] The exhaust gas produced by ships is one of the important sources of global air pollution. In order to meet the increasingly stringent ship emission standards and considering economic factors, most of the world's mainstream ship owners choose to install exhaust gas scrubbing and desulfurization systems. [0003] A certain amount of desulfurization wastewater will be generated during the exhaust gas scrubbing and desulfurization process, and IMO (International Maritime Organization) and MEPC (Marine Environment Protection Committee) also have relevant regulations on the discharge of desulfurization wastewater. As shown in Table 1, desulfurization wastewater needs to be treated up to the standard before it can be discharged into the ocean, that is, it needs to meet the pH value, PAH...
