Abstract

The invention provides a link load balancing method based on a software defined network, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, issuing an LLDP message through a Ryu controller to obtain network link information, and generating a network topological graph by utilizing the obtained network link information; S2, enabling a network awareness application to use a directed graph data structure of the Networkx to store the topological information, and calculating a short path on the basis of the topological information by using a shortest_simple_paths function provided by the Networkx. The invention has the beneficial effects that the controller updates and calculates the nodes in the transmission process in real time based on the global checking capability of the SDN on the network architecture, selects the optimal path and performs data transmission.
