According to the system, iron tower foundation #-shaped inverted beams are fixedly mounted on four independent foundations of a power transmission iron tower; an along-line direction inclinometer and a vertical-line direction inclinometer are respectively arranged on one side of the along-line direction and the vertical-line direction of the power transmission tower; four hydraulic jacks are supported on two adjacent sides with relatively large vertical sinkage in pairs; the four vertical supports are supported on two adjacent sides with relatively small vertical sinkage in pairs; a hydraulic pump station is connected with the hydraulic jacks through a high-pressure oil pipe; and a power supply system is connected with the hydraulic pump station and the power utilization end of the PLC control system through power lines. The method comprises the steps: measuring the inclination direction and inclination value of the power transmission tower; determining an arrangement scheme of the hydraulic jacks; starting the PLC control system, and carrying out deviation rectification operation of the power transmission tower; and observing and evaluating the deviation rectification effect.
