Each single baking unit comprises a curing barn, drying equipment, a heat exchange part and a single heat storage part, the drying equipment is used for providing heat for the curing barn, and the heat exchange part is used for exchanging heat discharged in the moisture discharging process of the curing barn to the single heat storage part; and each single heat storage piece is connected with the total heat storage piece. Heat in waste gas in the moisture removal process of the curing barns in all the single baking units can be recycled by the single heat storage parts through heat exchange, then heat in all the single heat storage parts can be transmitted into the total heat storage part, and therefore the heat recycling rate of the centralized baking unit group is increased on the whole.
