A first fluid channel or a second fluid channel is arranged on the side wall of the first stopper; the side wall of the second stopper is provided with a first fluid channel; the first fluid channel penetrates through the stop part in the axial direction of the inner pipe; the second fluid channel penetrates from one end, far away from the fixed part, of the stop part of the first stopper to one end, far away from the stop part, of the fixed part of the first stopper in the axial direction of the inner pipe; and the end parts of the two stop parts can axially limit the artificial valve.
