The six-degree-of-freedom vibration simulation device comprises a six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism, a linear motor driving mechanism and a six-degree-of-freedom measurement control system. The linear motor driving mechanism serves as a static platform of the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism at the same time, and a movable platform of the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism is located at the upper end of the static platform and connected with the linear motor driving mechanism through six movement branch chains. The six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism is high in design rigidity, high in bearing capacity and stable in overall structure. The six-degree-of-freedom measurement control system is composed of a linear grating sensor, an accelerometer and a controller so as to achieve real-time feedback of the motion position of the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism and motion control of the linear motor driving device. The six-degree-of-freedom vibration simulation device can be used for testing the dynamic response characteristics of the sensor under complex multi-degree-of-freedom vibration excitation, the problem that in the prior art, a six-degree-of-freedom vibration simulation device is small in working space is solved, and the precision, efficiency and range of sensor testing are improved.
