The extrusion spinning forming method comprises the steps that a to-be-formed blank is arranged on a spinning mold with a groove in a sleeving mode, and the first end of the to-be-formed blank and the spinning mold are pressed tightly; an axial restraint ring is used for pressing the second end of the blank to be formed so that the axial pressure on the blank to be formed can be adjusted in the forming process; the to-be-formed blank is driven to rotate, extrusion forming is conducted on the area, with the grooves, of the to-be-formed blank, and spinning forming is conducted on the area without the grooves of the to-be-formed blank; and the wall thickness of the inner rib of the formed thin-wall component with the inner rib is measured, and local shape correction is conducted on the area which is not fully filled. The extrusion spinning forming method of the thin-wall component with the inner rib aims at solving the problem that an existing spinning process cannot meet the requirement for forming of a component with a large rib and a high wall thickness ratio.
