Abstract

The invention discloses a method for analyzing the bearing capacity of a road-crossing pipe section. The method comprises the following steps: collecting basic data of a target pipe section, a road and passing vehicles; establishing a vehicle-pavement model and a pipe-soil model, and simulating the dynamic stress change process of the pipeline under the rolling action of the vehicle to obtain a relational expression between the pipeline stress and the vehicle load; calculating the safety yield strength of the pipeline, and determining the current ultimate bearing capacity of the pipeline; and finally, quantifying the limit vehicle load which can be borne by the pipeline, and establishing a road-crossing pipe section overload early warning index evaluation system. According to the invention, the dynamic stress response process when a vehicle passes through a crossing road pipeline in a rolling manner can be simulated more truly and effectively; the ultimate bearing capacity of the pipeline in a safe operation state can be simulated and quantified; the influence rule of different factors on the pipeline can be obtained; establishing a highway crossing pipe section overload early warning index evaluation system; the method provides an optimal scheme for safe operation of the crossing road pipe section, and has important guiding significance for ensuring safe and normal operation of the pipeline.
