The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first electric quantity purchased from a power distribution company by a regional supplier, a second electric quantity purchased from a renewable energy power generation facility, a first cost corresponding to the electric quantity purchased from the power distribution company, a second cost corresponding to the electric quantity purchased from the renewable energy power generation facility, and a third cost of directly purchasing the electric quantity from the power distribution company by a user; recording the cost of common power purchased by the user from the local supplier as fourth cost, and recording the cost of renewable energy power purchased by the user from the local supplier as fifth cost; obtaining a constraint relationship among the first cost, the second cost, the third cost, the fourth cost and the fifth cost; and determining a fourth cost and a fifth cost according to the first electric quantity, the second electric quantity, the first cost, the second cost, the third cost, the fourth cost, the fifth cost and the constraint relationship. The electricity price can be reasonably formulated, the power supply is stabilized, and the user cost is reduced.
