Embodiment Construction

[0036] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. The present invention can be implemented in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In the drawings, in order to clearly describe the present invention, parts irrelevant to the description are omitted, and the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals throughout the specification.

[0037] In the cell culture apparatuses 100 and 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the medium supplied from the outside can be filled in a state where the plurality of supports 120 and 220 to which cells to be cultured are attached are mounted inside. In addition, carbon dioxide of a predetermined concentration is continuously flowed into the cell culture apparatuses 100 and 200, and the medium can be maintained at ...

Abstract

The invention provides a cell culture apparatus. A cell culture device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing having a plurality of through-holes formed on at least one surface thereof so as to allow carbon dioxide to flow from the outside, and having an internal space filled with a culture medium for cell culture; a plurality of plate-shaped supports which are disposed in the internal space at intervals in multiple stages so as to facilitate cell culture and which have a prescribed area; and a porous member which is attached to one surface of the housing so as to cover the plurality of through-holes, prevents the culture medium filled in the internal space from leaking to the outside, and allows the carbon dioxide to flow into the internal space from the outside.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a cell culture apparatus, and more particularly, to a medium-set cell culture apparatus that can be used in a cell culture system in which the medium is not circulated during cell culture. Background technique [0002] Cell culture is a method of culturing and proliferating in a container by giving nutrients to tissue sections excised from an individual of a multicellular organism. [0003] In the rapidly developing field of life engineering after the 1980s, as animal cell culture technology played an important role, from the mid-1980s, the importance of large-scale animal cell culture technology began to become prominent. [0004] Animal cells derived from human or animal tissue can be cultured by floating in the medium or attached to a carrier. Cells mainly derived from blood cells (including hematopoietic stem cells) are floating cells, and cells derived from tissues such as skin, liver, or lung, and embryonic stem ...
