According to the method, the temperature and the pressure in a box body of the sampler are collected through the box body type sampler, the concentration of a gas sample collected at each sampling time is detected, and an emission flux calculation formula considering temperature and pressure changes in the box body of the sampler is deduced according to an ideal gas state equation; fitting and calculating a regression equation according to a value of a combined variable consisting of the temperature and the pressure in the box body recorded at each sampling time and the concentration of the gas sample collected at each sampling time and a time value; and substituting the slope of the regression equation into an emission flux calculation formula to obtain a monitoring result of the emission flux of the unorganized non-point source emission gas, so that the measurement precision of the emission flux of the unorganized non-point source gas is effectively improved.
