The present invention discloses a method for acquiring an atmospheric pollutant emission flux based on mobile AHSA observation. Differential inclined column concentration results of atmospheric pollutants (nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde and the like) distributed in the space are acquired by using mobile AHSA. A meteorological chemical model is used to simulate the acquired atmospheric information, and the acquired atmospheric information is inputted into atmospheric radiation transmission to calculate atmospheric photon path information. The differential inclined column concentration results are further converted into the tropospheric vertical column concentration results. An emission flux result of a pollution source is calculated and acquired in combination with wind field information simulated by the meteorological chemical model.
