Embodiment Construction

[0024] The following are examples of the present invention, and the practical use of the present invention is not limited to the examples.

[0025] like figure 1 As shown, an incubator with controllable temperature and humidity is used as the incubation environment for eggs. In this example, the size of the incubator 1 is 90cm×62cm×74cm. The width is 78cm×55cm. An LED light tube 2 is fixedly arranged on both sides of the egg-turning iron frame 3, so as to provide a light environment during the incubation experiment. A plurality of egg trays 4 are placed on the egg turning iron frame to accommodate and stabilize the eggs 5 . There are a total of four incubators configured in this way, which are used for three experimental group experiments and one parallel control group experiment.

[0026] The three experimental groups were as follows: LED blue light irradiation with heat acclimation, LED blue light irradiation without heat acclimation, and LED white light irradiation with ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing the negative effect of poultry hatching egg incubation heat habit. A special light source is adopted as ambient light to incubate poultry eggs, the special light source is LED monochromatic blue light, the illumination intensity is controlled to be 20-50 lux, the wavelength is controlled to be about 450 nm, and therefore the negative effect of heat habit in the poultry hatching egg incubation period can be reduced through illumination. By means of the method, the levels of oxidation products such as malondialdehyde and corticosterone of the chick embryos in the heat habit taking process in the egg hatching period can be reduced, the expression quantity of antioxidant enzymes and heat shock protein genes is increased, meanwhile, heat produced by metabolism of the chick embryos is reduced through the special light source, and therefore damage of heat stress to the chick embryos in the heat habit taking period is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for reducing the physiological characteristics of poultry in the field of light regulation for hatching eggs, in particular to a method for reducing the negative effect of heat acclimation to hatching eggs of poultry. Background technique [0002] Climate change has gradually become a huge challenge for poultry production. Rising ambient temperatures can easily lead to severe heat stress in high-density farmed flocks, and the economic losses caused by heat stress are as high as 128 million to 165 million US dollars per year. Especially for some tropical regions, it is very important to find measures to reduce the harm caused by heat stress. Environmental strategies currently exist include housing retrofits, improved ventilation, artificial shading, and more. In addition to the above-mentioned environmental regulation, heat acclimation proved to be an effective way to improve the heat tolerance of chickens after hatch...
