The method comprises the steps that S1, spraying paint is used for spraying codes on cooling walls of the upper section and the lower section of a to-be-repaired section and cooling walls of the upper section and the lower section of an access door; s2, double water supply valves and water return valves on all the cooling walls are closed, exhaust valves are opened, all the double water supply valves are closed, pollution discharge and water emptying are started, and normal circulation is maintained through single valves; s3, jumping connection between the two numbers is started, the originally connected two numbers are disconnected, the cooling wall of the to-be-repaired section is skipped, and connection of the upper section and the lower section of the cooling wall of the to-be-repaired section is completed; s4, a double-number water supply valve and a water return valve are opened, double-number connection works normally, single-number valves are all closed, and the cooling wall is replaced; and S5, the cooling walls of all the sections are sequentially connected with single numbers and then connected with double numbers.
