Abstract

The invention provides a GIS partial discharge detection device and method based on an LC wireless passive sensor. The device comprises an LC sensor and a reading circuit, wherein the LC sensor carries out energy coupling and signal transmission through inductive coupling. The LC sensor receives energy from a sweep frequency signal of the readout coil through strong magnetic coupling so as to generate induction voltage at the two ends of the coil, and the induction voltage controls capacitance of the variable capacitance diode through the filter circuit, so that the resonant frequency of the LC sensor probe is in periodic cyclic change; therefore, the resonant frequency range of the LC sensor covering the frequency range of the partial discharge ultrahigh-frequency signal is obtained. When the resonant frequency of the LC sensor probe is consistent with a partial discharge ultrahigh frequency signal, an output signal with the maximum amplitude can be obtained in the reading circuit. And the amplitude and frequency of the obtained induced voltage are analyzed, so that information such as generation of partial discharge, discharge type and position and the like can be detected. The device is small in size, high in anti-interference performance and simple in structure, does not need an external power supply, and can be installed in GIS equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to LC sensor technology, in particular to a GIS (gas insulated substation) partial discharge detection device and method based on LC (inductance-capacitance) wireless passive sensors, belonging to the technical field of measurement and testing. Background technique [0002] Gas insulated substation GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) is widely used in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transmission systems. The reliability of GIS equipment is high, but once a fault occurs inside the GIS equipment, the characteristics of strong sealing and complex internal structure of GIS equipment make it difficult for people to accurately find and determine the location of the fault. [0003] Of all the types of failures that occur with GIS equipment, failures caused by insulation problems are the most common. Partial discharge is an important factor that induces insulation deterioration and even insulation failure of GIS equipment. Partial discha...
