Abstract

An electric gas compressor is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming an emitter by exposing a part of a power supply line passing through discharge chambers. A plurality of discharge chambers(104) are formed inside a housing(101) in serial, having an emitter(106) and a collector(107) in each discharge chamber. The discharge chambers are formed by arranging partitioning plates(105) inside the housing at regular gaps. A power supply line(112) coated with a coating agent is arranged in parallel with the housing to pass through center parts of the partitioning plates.
