Problems solved by technology

[0008] Specifically, when the anti-slip material 4 is made of SBR resin, its heat resistance is poor, and it is prone to thermal deterioration. When the temperature rises, it will be bonded to the floor, requiring a cross-linking manufacturing process, which leads to complex manufacturing equipment.
In addition, the problem with the non-slip material 4 made of acrylic resin is that its cohesive force will increase and it will stick to the floor after the temperature rises, and it needs to be heated to volatilize the solvent after coating the material that dissolves the acrylic resin in the solvent, which will Seriously affect the working environment and complex manufacturing equipment
When the non-slip material 4 is made of polyvinyl chloride resin, if the floor is made of polyvinyl chloride resin, the plasticizer contained in the polyvinyl chloride resin anti-slip material will transfer to cause color shift and pollute the floor, especially when the temperature is high. When rising, color shift occurs in a short time, and after coating the gel-like polyvinyl chloride resin on the substrate 3, it needs to be heated and formed, and the manufacturing equipment is complicated.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

[0021] like Image 6 As shown, the appearance of the electric heating carpet of the present invention is the same as the previous one. The electric heating carpet has a carpet main body 10 and a controller 11 . The controller 11 is provided on the outer periphery (corner portion) of the carpet main body 10 , and the temperature can be adjusted according to the user's request by operating the controller 11 . The controller 11 is provided with a power cord 12 for supplying a commercial voltage to the heating wire 2b of the planar heating element 2 described later.

[0022] like figure 1 As shown, the carpet body 10 is laminated from sheet-like or film-like components. That is, the carpet main body 10 is formed by laminating a surface material 1, a first heat-sealing material 5, a planar heating element 2, a second heat-sealing material 6, a heat-insulating backing 3, and a slip-resistant anti-slip materia...

Abstract

An electric carpet is formed by laminating a surface material 1, a surface heating element 2, a heat insulating rear material 3 and an anti- slippage material 4 with a nature of preventing slippage. The anti-slippage material is made of a resin material with a styrene-butadiene rubber added to an olefin based resin. As compared with the material 4 comprising an SBR resin as a whole, this anti-slippage material properly resists thermal aging while eliminating adhesion on the floor even with a rise in the temperature. As compared with the material 4 comprising an acrylic resin as a whole, this also eliminates the adhesion to the floor even with a rise in the temperature as caused by failure in the intensifying of coagulation forces. As compared with the material 4 comprising a vinyl chloride resin as a whole, with no phenomenon of transferring a plasticizer or the like, this further eliminates transfer of color onto the floor. The invention provides an electric carpet which eliminates adhesion to the floor even with a rise in the temperature along with a proper resistance to thermal degradation, achieves a better production environment without complicating the production equipment and further eliminate color transfer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electric heating carpet laid on a residential floor and used as a heating appliance and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, wooden floors have been used instead of tatami on floors of houses, etc., and since the backing of electric heating carpets is often formed of non-woven fabrics (hereinafter sometimes referred to as felts) composed of polyester fibers, etc. When the electric carpet is laid on the floor, it is easy to slip and move with the movement of people. To this end, it is proposed to laminate a layer of anti-slip material under the backing (floor side surface) to prevent the electric heating carpet from moving with walking. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1) [0003] Image 6 It is a conventional electric heating carpet. This electric heating carpet has an electric heating carpet main body 10 and a controller 11 . The controller 11 is provided on the outer peri...
