layers comprise an
impact layer which is a high-density foaming rubber layer; the
transition layer is a medium-
high density foamed rubber layer; the buffer layer is a low-density high-resilience foaming rubber layer; through the synergistic effect of the gradient density structure and the macroscopic cavity, efficient absorption and step-by-step dissipation of
impact energy are achieved, and the low-density high-resilience layer ensures excellent permanent deformation resistance. A co-
vulcanization process and a specific
material system endow the product with an integrated stable structure and
fatigue resistance, the defects that a traditional cushion pad is prone to collapse, aging and
cracking are fundamentally overcome, the reliability of the buffering performance is remarkably improved, and the service life of the buffering performance is remarkably prolonged.
