Abstract

The automatic patent analysis report creating system includes several client computers, one application software server and one local data base server. The application software server includes one patent download engine, one report template maintaining device, one patent analysis engine, one report creating device. The user sets via the user interface in client computer the patent download condition and patent analysis condition, the patent download engine downloads patent based on the patent download condition, the patent analysis engine creates the analysis result based on the patent analysis condition, and the report creating device creates patent analysis report based on the user selected report template and the patent analysis engine created patent analysis result. The present invention can create patent analysis report automatically based on the user defined patent analysis condition and report template.
