Abstract

A nucleotide specific to O-antigen of Escherichia coli 096 is a complete nucleotide sequence of the genom for controlling the synthesis of said O-antigen in Escherichia coli 096, which is shown as SEQ ID No.1 and has 9415 bases. It includes also the oligonucleotide coming from the glycosyltransferase gene and oligose unit processing gene of Escherichia coli 096. The process for separating said complete sequence and the method for using said oligonucleotide to detect Escherichia coli 96 are also disclosed.

Description

(1) Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to a nucleotide and its application and separation method, in particular to the complete nucleotide sequence of the gene cluster controlling O-antigen synthesis in Escherichia coli O96 (Escherichia coli O96), and the control O-antigen synthesis sequence in Escherichia coli O96 -The oligonucleotides in the gene cluster synthesized by the antigen, and these oligonucleotides specific to the O-antigen can be used to quickly and accurately detect the E. coli O96 type in the human body and the environment and identify the O in these pathogenic bacteria -antigen. (two) background technology: [0002] O-antigen is the O-specific polysaccharide component of Gram-negative bacterial lipopolysaccharide, which consists of many repeating oligosaccharide units. The synthesis process of O-antigen has been studied clearly: first, the nucleoside diphosphate monosaccharide is transferred to a lipid molecule fixed on the inner membrane of the c...
