Abstract

A process for treating P-contained sewage featurs that the iron salt is used as its flocculant and the quaternary ammonium salt and tannic acid are used as its co-flocculant for removing P compounds frmo water and decreasing the turbility of water and the content of iron in water. The appliction of said process in recovering P from sewage is also disclosed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for removing phosphorus from phosphoric acid ion-containing wastewater or treated water and the application of recovering phosphorus products, belonging to the technical field of sewage treatment in environmental protection. technical background [0002] As we all know, one of the reasons for the eutrophication of rivers and lakes is the presence of phosphorus-containing compounds. Phosphorus compounds come from the loss of phosphorus in household water, industrial wastewater and soil. Therefore, phosphorus removal from domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is one of the effective measures to control water eutrophication from the source. Phosphorus removal mainly includes biological and chemical methods. Biological phosphorus removal is a relatively economical method, but the removal rate of phosphorus is usually only 30%-40%. It is difficult for a single biological phosphorus removal process to achieve less than ...
