The invention relates to a capillary tiselius detector, especially a capillary tiselius fluorescent-non-contacted conductivity combined detector which can do double detecting response synchronously, which comprises fluorescent detecting system and non-contacted conductivity detecting system and a detesting pool used in common by the two system, fluorescent detecting system includes excited light source, optical fiber, filter, photoelectric transformer and detesting pool; while non-contacted conductivity detecting system includes excitation source, tubular electrode, signal handling circuit plate and testing pool; wherein inside detector is a base, on its upper posits spacing groove with diaphragm; optical fiber and detesting pool are separately posited in spacing groove; both ends of detesting pool posits tubular electrode. The fluorescent detecting adopts optical fiber transformation fluorescent signal.
