The invention relates the preparing method of urea-formaldehyde glue. The invention solves the problem that the urea-formaldehyde resin glue can't be used to produce wood-plastic decorative plate. The method comprises the following steps: adding 0.6-1.1Kg methyl methacrylate, 0.8-1.3Kg phenylethene, 0.7-1.2Kg propone-hydrogen and 1.5-2Kg azobisisobutyronitrile into 100Kg urea-formaldehyde glue, stirring, dispensing for half an hour, and getting the product. The urea-formaldehyde glue can be used to product wood-plastic decorative plate.
