Abstract

This invention discloses a process for producing concocted fuel oil that can replace petrochemical diesel oil for application in automobiles, boilers, air conditioners and electricity generators. The concocted fuel oil is composed of: standard diesel oil 50-70 wt. %, additives 0.05-0.3 wt. %, and acidified oil or fatty acid or a composition of acidified oil and methanol. The additives comprise: cetane number improver (isooctyl nitrate) 60-70 wt. %, and cleaning agent (fatty acid succinimide or cyclohexylamine) 30-40 wt. %. The process comprises: mixing standard diesel oil and additives to prepare mother diesel oil, and mixing with acidified oil or fatty acid or a composition of acidified oil and methanol to obtain concocted diesel oil. The concocted diesel oil has such advantages as abundant raw materials, simple formula and low cost, and is a high-quality substitute for petrochemical diesel oil.
