Abstract

The acid-proof and wear-proof anticorrosive paint includes two parts, component A and component B. The component A consists of epoxy resin 40-50 weight portions, silicone resin 30-40 weight portions, carbon black 2-4 weight portions, xylene 12-22 weight portions; and the component B is curing agent of polyamide resin. The preparation process of the acid-proof and wear-proof anticorrosive paint includes the following steps: preparing component A through mixing epoxy resin, silicone resin and carbon black, adding xylene and grinding; preparing component B; and packing the component A and the component B separately. Before painting, the component A and the component B are mixed in the weight ratio of 3-5 to 1. The paint can form coating capable of resisting heat, wear, acid, alkali and corrosion and with long service life through curing at normal temperature.
