Stage two is a “balance” stage. Stage three is “high energy”. A method for the video display of exercises by an instructor, to a person performing the exercises, whereby digitized animation is utilized to depict energy flow in relation to the body to enable the exerciser to combine movement, breathing and visualization of energy flow, to achieve improved exercise results.
