high pressure gas stimulated low-frequency
broadband piezoelectric generator, and solves the problem that a current
piezoelectric generator is narrow in
energy harvesting frequency band and low in
energy harvesting efficiency. The
high pressure gas stimulated low-frequency
broadband piezoelectric generator consists of a
high pressure stimulation cavity, a
piston drive power generation
assembly, a piezoelectric power generation cavity, a
set screw and a
gasket, wherein the high pressure stimulation cavity and the piezoelectric power generation cavity are connected through the
set screw in a fastening manner; and the
piston drive power generation
assembly is placed inside the high pressure stimulation cavity. Under
high pressure gas stimulation, vibration is generated by a non-linear structure consisting of a spring, a groove
piston and a rear end cover, and
electric energy is generated by a piezoelectric element based on a direct piezoelectric effect. Through the adoption of a multi-mode
broadband structure design and the combination of a mechanical
frequency modulation method, high-amplitude vibration of the piezoelectric power generator under low-frequency stimulation is realized, the
energy harvesting frequency band of the piezoelectric power generator is broadened, and the energy harvesting efficiency of the piezoelectric power generator is effectively improved. The piezoelectric generator is novel in structure and high in energy
utilization rate, and has wide application prospects in the field of pneumatic technology.
