The method comprises the steps that the utility values of the fixed relay cooperating multicast mode and the D2D cooperating multicast mode at the second jump are compared according to the actual conditions, so that the optimal transmission policy is selected, and the overall operation utility value of the cellular system is increased. The cradle head control method comprises the following steps of: (1) establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system for the built-in gravity sensor of the mobile phone; (2) recording a current position of the mobile phone and a remote cradle head position, and establishing a corresponding relationship between the current position of the mobile phone and the remote cradle head position; (3) setting a sampling interval, and regularly sampling a parameter value of the built-in gravity sensor; (4) calculating changes (including horizontal and vertical angle offsets) of the current position of the mobile phone and a position of the mobile phone at a previous sampling time according to the sampling value; (5) inputting the horizontal and vertical angle offsets into a cradle head control command generating module; (6) executing an integration calculation on each input time positionparameter of the mobile phone by the cradle head control command generating module, and generating a remote cradle head control command according to a remote cradle head control protocol; and (7) inputting the remote cradle head control command into a control command output queue, and transmitting a control command to a remote cradle head control unit through a network according to a command transmission policy to realize the control.
