The invention discloses a gold plating process of a bottom hair tip of a Tibet lamb skin quilt. The gold plating process comprises the steps of degreasing, tanning, mordanting, bleaching, removing iron, plating gold and performing aluminum tanning. According to the process, bottom hair is degreased and tanned and then is mordanted, and the hair is bleached with a degreasing agent, ferrous sulfate and acetic acid by standing overnight, so that a pH value of tanning liquid is increased, the optimal tanning effect is achieved, and the hair is soft by utilizing a bleaching agent in a post-degreasing procedure. Additionally, when gold is plated on the tip of the skin quilt, reduction treatment is performed at moderate temperature with ammonium hydroxide, the bleaching agent, a hair protecting agent and hydrogen peroxide, and finally, a fatting agent is added by adopting aluminum tanning, so that the appearance of the skin quilt is enhanced, the skin quilt is glossy, and the skin quilt with moderate hair thickness has the sense of color layers. By adopting the gold plating process, the problem of singleness in dyeing the Tibet lamb skin quilt is solved, the hair is soft, the appearance of the skin quilt is enhanced, the skin quilt is glossy after being dyed and has the sense of color layers, the additional value of Tibet lamb skin products is increased, and the application range of the Tibet lamb skin products is enlarged.
